Dr. Negussie Boti Sidamo is a lecturer and researcher in Public Health at the College of Medicine and Health Sciences, Arba Minch University holding a PhD in Public Health. Negussie is the managing editor of the Ethiopian Journal of Reproductive Health (EJRH) and an associate guest editor for Frontiers and is committed to advancing research in his field. His work primarily focuses on adolescent sexual and reproductive health, mental health, and integrating climate resilience into public health interventions. He contributes to the Eastern Africa Population Study Fellowship initiative, where he plays a key role in building the capacity of early-career researchers in population dynamics. He also contributes to policy development, including writing policy briefs and assisting in the creation of job descriptions for the Public Health Education and Service Directorate at his institution.
